Kristen Morton, M.Sc.

I founded Mindwise Performance because I have a passion for understanding how the mind impacts human performance. I am fascinated by the way your cognitions and emotions can influence your thought patterns as well as your physiology. This led me to pursing my M.Sc. in Sport and Exercise Psychology.  I have studied and learned about how the mind works in relation to optimal human performance, and I'm committed to sharing what I have learned.

 

I currently work with clients of varying ages and abilities to create tailored mental training programs based on their specific personality, strengths, and goals. I will work with you to find the appropriate resources and mental techniques that can be used for optimal performance. Our work together will focus on learning how to use your mind in ways that will promote continuous growth and help you reach your full potential.
